The competition takes place in the Federal Republic of Germany. Therefore, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively to this competition, regardless of the location from which the participant takes part in this competition.

2. No obligation to buy

The purchase of a good or service offered by JustdePressed or by a third party associated with one of the aforementioned and/or one of their business partners is not a prerequisite for participation. Purchasing any such goods or services will not increase the entrant's chances in this Sweepstakes.

The competition starts on October 12, 2022 and ends on October 19, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (“Competition Period”). Any attempts to enter the Sweepstakes outside of the Sweepstakes Period will be void.

Incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed or late entries will not be accepted. JustdePressed is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, never arrived, or could not be entered for technical or any other reasons.

6. Announcement of Winners

The winners will be mentioned on TikTok via Mention in the video by @justdepressed_clothing by October 28th, 2022 and announced in a corresponding story.

Winners will be selected from all valid entries and contacted by JustdePressed.

The prize will be sent to the respective winners free of charge or made available for collection [ JustdePressed UG (limited liability), Liebigstraße 2-20, 22113 Hamburg ]. The winners will be informed by us about the type of prize transfer and, if applicable, the pick-up location and time.

7. Obligations of Winners

Winners must report no later than 48 hours after receiving notification of winning and:

• confirm his/her win in accordance with the instructions contained in the winning notification.
• confirm that he/she accepts the prize won; and
• Provide JustdePressed with the requested information.

If the contacted winner does not respond within 48 hours from the time of notification of the win, or is disqualified for any other reason, his/her entitlement to the prize will be forfeited.

Personal data of all participants will only be used for the purpose of conducting and administering the competition. JustdePressed uses the personal data to administer the users' participation in the competition. By participating in this competition, participants agree that JustdePressed may use the data provided by the participants for this competition. Entrants agree that JustdePressed, any parent or subsidiary and the advertising/marketing agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and intermediaries, shall have no liability, responsibility or bear any liability with respect to any injury, loss, expense or damage, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or any part thereof, or participation in this Sweepstakes . This competition will be held in the Federal Republic of Germany. As a result, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to this competition.

The courts in Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims resulting from this competition.

13. Severability Clause, Miscellaneous

Should provisions of these Conditions of Participation be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, or later lose their legal validity or practicability, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. The same applies if it should turn out that these conditions contain a gap. Instead of the invalid or unenforceable provisions or to fill the gap, an appropriate regulation shall apply which, as far as legally possible, comes closest to what the contracting parties wanted or would have wanted according to the meaning and purpose of these conditions of participation, provided that they did not understand the point would have considered.

The masculine form chosen as a participant or winner also includes the feminine form.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Entrants agree that they have no legal title or claims of any kind against Instagram and release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes. Participants acknowledge that all information provided during the competition is directed to JustdePressed and not to Instagram.
